Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the SEO Vibes website (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

What the service is

SEO Vibes is an engineer-led SEO consultancy. This site is an informational and marketing site that describes what we do, plus a free technical scanner at /scan. The scanner fetches a public URL you submit, server-side, and returns a set of deterministic technical checks about how a search engine crawler first receives that page.

The scanner produces no composite score or grade. It reports individual findings only. It does not create an account for you, take payment, or store the content you submit as part of an ongoing profile.

Acceptable use of the scanner

The scanner is offered in good faith for legitimate technical review. When you use it, you agree that:

• You are authorized to scan the URL you submit — you own the site, or you have permission from whoever does.
• You will not scan third-party sites you have no permission to test.
• You will not use automated tooling to submit URLs at a volume that could overload or degrade the service, and you will not attempt to disrupt it for others.
• You will not attempt to defeat, probe around, or otherwise circumvent the safeguards that restrict the scanner to public destinations (including its protections against reaching private or internal network addresses).

We may rate-limit, block, or discontinue scanner access if it is used in a way that breaks these terms or threatens the reliability of the service.

The scanner is informational, not a guarantee

The scanner is provided “as is.” Its findings are technical information to help you understand how your page is received. They are not a promise or prediction of any search outcome. Using the scanner will not, on its own, cause your page to rank, be indexed, or receive traffic, and a clean set of checks does not guarantee any of those results. Search engines are independent third parties whose behavior we do not control.

No professional advice

The content on this site, including scanner findings and any articles or guides, is general information. It is not tailored professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how you act on it. For advice specific to your project, get in touch about a consulting engagement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, and other materials on this site belong to SEO Vibes or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the site’s content wholesale, or present it as your own.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the scanner are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its findings will be complete or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Vibes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the site or the scanner. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Links to third-party sites

The site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and tools for convenience or reference. Those links are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party destination. Visiting them is subject to their own terms.

Consulting engagements are separate

These terms govern your use of this website only. Any consulting or professional engagement with SEO Vibes is arranged separately — usually after a conversation started through our contact page — and is governed by whatever agreement we put in place for that work, not by these site terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site or the scanner changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Vibes operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be handled under that law.
